Default of unknown account
I have just been informed about a judgement reflecting under my name on Experian and I don’t recall being informed by the bank of such an account being handed over.
I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied about the way in which things are done by the bank. I am escalating this matter and I honestly do not understand why this account was handed over.
Kindly respond to this email urgently and investigate.
