Defamation of Character

I was applying for VAF, and my original driver's license card had expired and needed to be renewed, I went to the department and got my driver's license renewed and also got a temp Driver's document. To my surprise, while relaxing at my home, I got a very hush and threatening SMS TWICE!!! indicating that I submitted a ***** Temp driver's license and that I will be listed on SAFPS as a *****STER, all well and good, first of all am a client at ABSA, I am a premium banker, ABSA has all my details as their client, I just cannot fathom as to why send such a brutal SMS without doing a thorough job then contact me to find out but NO immediately I was considered as a *****STER to date 3 weeks later, ABSA did not come back to me and explain what happened and why I was treated with so much brutality...ABSA this is defamation of character and I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL about the way I have been treated, I BANK YOU WITH YOU GUYS for Goodness sake!!!!
