Defamantion of Character

I have just been accused of de*****ing ABSA by not having the correct insurance on my Bond and therefore building Insurance. I am a broker for 28 years ! How would I not do what is correct??? I am trying to increase my Bond and have not had any guidance from ABSA even after 8 emails. This process has now taken nearly 2 months to process....unacceptable.

I am definitely taken this slander further.
