Deductions from international money transfer

I am running an airbnb short lease rental apartment in Cape Town. I used to get direct money transfers from airbnb. About a year ago I was informed that they are not allowed to make direct transfers anymore to SA banks and in future will make use of international money transfer.

As I am not a banking expert I accepted this change. Ever since I had to pay R100 commission on every transactions. Again I just accepted that. It became a problem when I had to submit my provisional tax returns to SARS. Since I do not know the workings of international banking transfers I had no idea where to start looking for a certificat reflecting these cost in order to make submission to SARS.

I started by contacting my bank. Standard Bank. They informed me that the money was being deducted by ABSA and ABSA should refund me all the money since ABSA is suppose to just forward the money to Standard bank. This was more than a month ago. So far all I recived was a refference number from Standard bank: QMPQ ********** 30706 and several emails informing me that an update request has been sent to ABSA.

I am at my wits and as I need to submit tax return to SARS and nobody is taking this seriously to come up with some sollution. Epic fail from both Standard bank and ABSA!
