Deductions after agreements and payments made during COVD-19 Quarantine. Shameful!
Last month I made arrangement that I would settle some of my outstanding debt to bring my account up to day. After submitting this and depositing the monthly premiums required + extra on my credit cards and personal loans, they still went at the worst possible time during the COVID-19 pandemic and SA's 21 day lock-down, still deducted money off my personal account leaving myself, my wife and my 1 year old with very little. You should be ashamed of yourself! Learn from the other banks. Your relief plan means nothing when your actions speaks louder than your propaganda!

10 Apr 2020, 23:11Thank you for the offer on the relief plan however after spending an hour on the phone with consultants setting this up and receiving an sms to confirm this, I still got deductions labeled finace charge, against my credit card and it was not reversed. So now I ask whats the point then of all of this?
