Deduction without MY CONSENT
A journal debit went off my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Went into a branch to enquire and was advised to call recoveries department- Lady i spoke to advised they have every right to do so, and advised me she will send me an email stating what she had said! How is it possible to deduct monies from an account without the permission of the owner of that Account!
