******* deduction from ABSA (R2443.20)

ABSA Vehicle & Assets Finance they have *******ly deducted R2443.20 on the 3/12/2024. Which caused me to attract four bank charges due to insufficient funds for my debit orders as my debit orders were unpaid.

I called on Saturday without any help. I then, wrote them an three email and they merely apologize & refunded the money back 4 days later after my lengthy persuasive communication (emails and calls) demanding my money from their ******* transaction. They did not care to settlw or ask if i inccured bank charges for my debit orders or my debit orders bouncing after they messed-up my bank account without my concent, as they attracted unnecessary chargers due to insufficient funds thanks to their ******* deduction from my account. The only think they can say is this below:

" Dear Valued Absa Customer

Thank you for your email. Please note that a refund of R 2 443.20 was paid on the 18/12/2024, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards K****tso Shakoane Absa Contact Centre www.absa.co.za "

They think the above is enough or they think they've done me a favour. This is not over between me and them on this ******* deduction.

I advise anyone who is considering to apply for vehicle finance with ABSA Vehicle & Assets Finance. DO NOT! Try other vehicles finance institutions.

Now I am left to sort out the unnecessary mess they caused on my debit orders which also attracted charges from insufficient funds from my bank account.

I hate this bank,ABSA after this incident on a festive period.
