Deducting my account everyday, why?

I paid my Truworths account R800.00 on the 26/01/2015 using my cheque account, on the 28/01/2015 my account was deducted, fine. On the 29/01/2015 my account was deducted again, so on the 30/01/2015 I went to Benmore gardens absa branch to ask, and they informed me that another customer complained about this, but they will reverse the money in 2 days. To my surprise, today as of 30/01/2015 for the third time the same R800 was deducted again. Is absa going to pay my phone bills and my petrol for this trouble? because I want it back. I'm paying fees so that I can suffer for your system errors? I don't think so! I will cancel all my accounts and move everything somewhere else.
