Deducting money without permission
NO WORDS TO SAY HOW ****ED OFF I AM.
absa makes the mistake for not changing my debit dates for 3 months then 1 loan falls in the arrears and they make it out as it was my mistake.
YESTERDAY they phoned and extended my final payment via LOAN RESTRUCTURE and said next payment will only go off on the first of July.
to my surprise they went and deducted 5k from my account this morning without any permission given after they supposedly fixed there mistake, please explain now
