Deducting money without concent 70% of my income.

I am a pensioner and Absa went and deduct 70% of my total income. Leaving me with out money to cover my basic living cost that is considered a violation on constitutional rights to dignity and property. I have locked a complaint via email to the CEO and still nothing was done.
