Deducted wrong amount
I bought 2 tickets from SAA for my return flight to New York with my platinum credit card. The amount was $2132 which was equivalent to R27960. To my surprise an amount of R 30 562 was deducted. I have demanded a refund but ABSA is silent with regards to that. I need a thorough explanation before I decide on further action. The reference number is EC: 6e6e6ff3 and my account number ***.
