Deduct debit order before agreed date

ABSA, very disappointed with the service and quality of banking. Who gave you the right and how is it fair to debit my account before our agreed debit order date. This is not the first complaint ABSA has received on this. You are doing as you please. This causes tremendous frustration of when there is no funds in the accounts and then there are penalties charged, phone calls made to get this rectified and pay over the money for the credit records not to look bad etc. This has definitely taught me not to do business with ABSA again.

The services from ABSA has deteriorated very much and you cannot trust ABSA to have its customers best interest at heart.
