Declining Bank & authentication that doesn't work
I have had the card declined twice with no reason. The limits were not a factor and I had funds in the account. The embarrasment of moving funds to another Bank with a card that works defeats the purpose of using Absa. Another problem is the app that doesn't send an authentication message. The whole point of having cards and bank app is for convenience. And there has been a couple of inconveniences.
