Declined vehicle finance

App**** for vehicle finance and they declined it, said that there is a default on my ITC . I settled the outstanding account that put me on ITC, got a settlement letter that states its paid in full, and that my name will be cleared by ITC. STILL they declined it, and say the letter is useless!!!

ABSA, your service SUCKS... going to close all my other accounts with you!!!!
