Declined overdarft
I am disappointed with the service I received from ABSA. I have a Premium banking account with ABSA which I have had with them since around 2005. My overdraft currently is at R2500 and I app**** for an increase which was declined and the reason given is that I do not meet one or more of their criteria. ABSA have been offering me loans right left and center telling me that I qualify now when I apply for an overdraft increase it is declined. I will like to know on what basis it was declined when all along I could qualify for a loan. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction I am closing my account and moving to FNB.
