Declined life insurance with no proper reason by Absa Instant life

<p>I want to know on what basis you declined my life insurance, you grouped me into a some uninsurable group based on a disease you dont even have listed on your systems. Please go and do research on the auto immune disease called hashimoto's thyroiditis - its not a life threatening disease. It also doesnt make me prone to die earlier than any "normal" person - it means I am gluten intolerant!! Do you have any idea how many undiagnosed people you are currently insuring? So because I am diagnosed, adjusted my lifestyle, have bloodtests to prove my rates have improved, you label me as uninsurable?????? How is that TCF? Get your facts straight please!</p>
