Declined Finance after Approval Given

I app**** for vehicle finance through Nissan Sinoville. Nissan send my application to ABSA, where after Nissan received approval on 2015-07-13 and informed me that I can collect my car on Saturday 2015/07/19 at 9:30am. Nissan phoned me on the 18th of July to inform me that \something was wrong with the contract". There was apparently some mistake on the contract and the contract is not finished and ready for me to sign. I arrived at Nissan on Saturday the 19th of July and waited most of the day there for ABSA to send through the correct contract for me to sign. Monday morning I took time off work to go to Nissan again as I was assured that I will be able to sign the contract and collect my car.
