declined card

I have been trying to buy something on Ebay since yesterday using my paypal account. <br> Everytime it says payment declined by card issuer, i even unlinked my card from paypal account and only tried using my debit card. Still without success. I phoned the debit dept they said i should phone the 3d secure dept and they said i should debit again and so forth so after the 7th call to the different dept i phoned paypal in America. They said its absa, nothing wrong on their side, 3d secure say nothing wrong on their side. Debit dept said nothing wrong on their side!<br> <br> So what to do because ebay still says payment declined by card issuer!!!!
