Decline vehicle finance

I had app**** for vehicle finance at ABSA and they declined me, they firstly say that my clothing accounts is in arreas which is not true, this finance was for R200000 over period of 92 months, they also said that I have 2 defaults on itc which is not true, I believe that I am a very good payer and all of my account and loans are always up to date sometimes I even pay more than than I suppose to, sometimes I even pay of my accounts before nthe recommended date, they always casing or decling my VAF applications for what I believe to be very stupid reasons, as if they do not want my business and they have a don't care attitude, when I app**** for loans with other financial institution I get approved. they are always casing me way and never willing to help me,<br> then u hear that people that are listed gets bonds with absa, why do they case people away that are honest loyal and trustworthy, and I do have affordability which I find my self spending on other things rather than important things like a car. please help highly frustrated and no where else to turn, why does ABSA not VALUE their customers.
