Decline!!! Decline!!!

I am absolutely frustrated with the level of service of Absa Insurance. It's 5 years that I have building insurance with them and every single time you try to log a claim the service is either apauling or they will try every method to decline a claim. I recently logged two claims....one was declined and the other I never get any response from Thabiso Chaka until I call each and every time. This time again they say that my roof is a problem of owner maintenance. The nature of my claim was damages to my roof after it was maintained due to hail damage. Something that I certainly have no control off. I'm struggling to understand the reason I pay insurance when each time there is some reason to decline a claim. I can't wait to change my insurance from Absa to anyone else!!!
