Declaration

On Monday we app**** at Absa for a home loan. Tuesday my we received a email saying our home loan was declined, no proper reason so why husband called riyaad he then said it was because we didn't declare all our expenses, my husband ask what they are and he cudnt say cos he was apparently late for a meeting and was going to call back. Still today he didn't call back. What I want to know did he even do the application and see what the outcome is or not if not. I have been an absa client for as long as I can remember, this is bad service. I think tye best thing for us is to me our business else where like our car finance.
