Deceased Late Estate.

I have app**** and submitted relevant documentation for my father's late estate,since I haven't received any feedback regarding my claim, I have been sending email after email no one is responding, I have been to different branches with no success, what kind of a service is absa offering, I'm so glad I have no account with this bank it's disgusting the way that they treat their clients,other banks helped us with no hassle.
