Deceased estates department

Deceased estates department has not paid out full balance of accounts. There has been no explanation provided and despite having raised this with Absa and made multiple follow up requests, we not received any feedback. Please treat thus as a matter of urgency. We are not able to finalize the administration of the estate without this information from Absa.
