ASBA please, we have been sending escalation emails for how long. We have received the proof of payments. BUT WE URGENTLY NEED THE DOCUMENTS AS REQUESTED ALREADY IN MARCH 2024. Why are you not sending the documentations as requested in our emails? We need to finalize our fathers L & D account but still we are struggling to get the correct documents.

In accordance with my duties under the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965 and in my capacity as executor, I hereby instruct your bank to: (The following is still outstanding)

2. CERTIFICATES OF BALANCE AS AT DATE OF CLOSURE OF EACH ACCOUNT (CHEQUE + CREDIT CARD)
