Deceased estates

My aunt passed on last year July and her car was financed by Ford credit. We submitted the death certificate and ID to ABSA immediately. They told us my aunt didn’t have death insurance and they told us to present the letter of authority if we want to keep it. We went to the Master Court and my grandma (a pensioner at that) app**** for the letter of authority. We took it to Absa (Mams mall, The Grove) but they never tell us what to do, we’re always told that the assistant that helped us is unavailable or that they don’t work on certain days. The car is still here and we don’t know what to do or where to go, my grandmother’s health has been declining ever since.
