Deceased estates

I hope someone from Absa bothers to read these reviews. I have for about two months tried to get the funds held by Absa on behalf of a person who has deceased paid into the estate bank account. I also most urgently require a tax certificate for interest earned up to her date of death. Emails, visits to the bank - no progress. If I ask for a read receipt for emails I get a response from a Mozambique email - is there seriously no one in SA that handles deceased estates?
