Deceased Estates

With the recent passing of my dad, we had to sell his house in order for his estate to be wound up. The sale of the house went through and was registered at the deeds office. We were informed that everyone from the home estate agent to the bank administration department were paid their share of money and that that money was transferred as of the 24th April 2015 into my mothers account, only to find out that nothing has been received up until date 1st May 2015. When contacting Leoni and Beatrice from ABSA Trust, we are hearing endless excuses and when asking to speak to management, they are never available and always in meetings.
