Deceased Estates

After the passing of my Dad i, I lodge a case with ABSA on 2nd July since we had Will with them. Not wanting to risk loosing any documentation, I drove to Pretoria to hand in the documents and this was followed by the a confirmation email that the all the documents are received and in order.<br> <br> After 4 months of not hearing anything I asked ABSA for feedback, and was referred to \Master of Court""; on who's responsibility is it to make sure that at least all the documents submitted the them reaches the right party in the right format; which is something one would expect from an established orgarnisation;which has most probably dealt with similar cases on many occasions .
