<p>All relevant documentation was handed in at the Benmore Branch on 18 July 2016 for which we received a receipt. on 26 July we were advised telephonically that the request had been sent to FICA. On 18 August I received a e-mail from the deceased estates department requesting all the documents that were handed in at Benmore. On 16 August 2016 we called the deceased estates department and were advised that the file cannot be found. Please get the head of the deceased estates department attend to this matter forthwith.</p>
