Deceased estate service is non existant.

Wish I could give a -5 ratings ABSA doesn't even deserve the one I had to give. Have been trying to transfer the funds out of a deceased estate in accordance with the Last Will and Testament and the Masters letter for 2 years with no avail. Got this email yesterday morning at 9:54am "Kindly note that payment is currently being processed at the moment and will be finalized today." However more than 24hours later no payment was made and no communication received. Everyone do your families a favour move your accounts away from ABSA before you pass away.
