Deceased estate of D Dlamini handed to Schumann van den Heever & Slabbert Incorporated

I am writing to warn people that they My late mother was a very loyal and long time Absa client who made a will with her trusted bank. She passed away last year January 2024 and Absa allocated Schumann van de heever & Slabbert Incorporated to wind up her estate at first they seemed promising and looked like they were assisting.

We would receive weekly reports then later on the year the administer who was dealing with us left the company and ever since when we ask for feedback we are sent automated responses via email nobody calls when we request a callback and I am getting calls from debt collectors about accounts that belonged to my late mother which means they were not informed that she has since passed on this is frustrating since my mother was a loyal Absa account holder and she entrusted her bank Absa to handle her estate with dignity when she is late . I have read other people's reviews on Schumann van de heever& Slabbert incorporated and this seems like a pattern they don't even respond to reviews.
