They have no respect for the deceased family. After the passing of my dad we went to them to find out about the deceeade car and they said they dont know anything about the the car, 3 years later they contact us to say we must pay the car , we said we wont be able to they can come and fetch the car, its 6 month now and we are still waiting for them to come. they keep on opening old wounds to us. why are you delaying your process and also our process of healing. Absa has no respect for people who are mourning and they want our lives to revolve around them . come and fetch the car.
