Deceased Estate Bank Account
Hi There, for months now we have requested ABSA bank to direct us to the name of this company Sebinstalm Pension77 855 and none of the banks can assist with even after presenting the letter of executorship. We cannot find this name on google,etc, surely a bank should be able to direct us. Can someone please assist in this regard?

My query is still not resolved and you decided to close the case, we have made contact with sanlam with the number you have provided they cannot trace any information about my deceased father. Kindly provide us with the details of the name of this company Sebinstalm Pension77 855 which my father was receiving an amount of R3500 up until his passing. Sure as a bank you should know where the funds are coming from, if you cannot provide us with accurate information who will? This is exactly the same service we have received from the branch. Absolutely appalling. I'm will gladly provide you with the bank statement if you cannot allocate it as well.
I will await your urgent response in this regard. Please i do not want my mother to go through any further pain than she has endured already. This is not for me but for the windowed mother.

Please help me out quickly, is it really possible for funds to be deposited into an ABSA accounts for decades and no one in your organisation not know who/where the funds are coming from? Please can i be directed to the right forensic department who can investigate my matter and stop sending me from pillar to post?

25 Feb 2022, 16:56Lebo with all due respect i have mentioned upfront that i'm assisting my mother, please contact me direct so you can speak to her directly. At this point she needs ABSA to provide her with the correct information. She has spoken and been to almost every ABSA branch spoke to the branch managers in Pretoria and no one is able to assist her. So you expect me to leave her to be sent from one corner to the next. This is absolutely not right ...please message me direct for i can furnish you with her contact details but best you have the information she is requesting because she has already endured enough.
