Deceased Estate - AWOL Executors

My late mother had her will drafted and kept at ABSA. She recently passed away and getting the executors to do their job has and still is a nightmare. Instead, my siblings are I are handling the admin of a deceased estate, ABSA does not answer calls, respond to emails or give any indication of estate being wrapped up. What annoys me the most is that after the estate has been wrapped up through our hard work as siblings, ABSA will still change their executor fees.

This is all happening while we are mourning the loss of our mother.

To anyone who can read, DO NOT keep your will at ABSA or use them to execute your loved ones late estate.
