Deceased Estate Administration

My Mum passed away at the beginning of March 2022. I have written numerous emails, emailed numerous documents, and still await confirmation they have been received. I spend hours speaking to various departments associated with the administration of Deceased Estates and so has my sister. We have no idea where we stand or what, if anything, is happening. Calls are never returned. Beyond pathetic and distressing.
