Deceased Estate

I am an attorney handling the estate of a late mr Jordaan. I have forwarded numerous mails to Absa - attaching the relevant documentation - explaining that the bod will be taken over by the surviving spouse - Monday - 30 November 2015 - I went to Absa and phoned the deceased dept. I dropped a mail (02/12) to the person to whom I spoke - had no reply. <br> Today the surviving spouse called and confirmed that she has been listed at ITC - ABSA did it - for non payment of the bond - BUT THEY DO NOT COME BACK TO YOU.<br> The Surviving spouses application at MTN has been denied due to ABSA listing her.<br> If only they will reply to their mails or attend to it.<br> What now Absa?<br> A Hechter <br> ***
