Deceased Estate

This is a complaint.

Your process for deceased estate is appalling. We submitted a claim in January and we can't get any feedback from you or the appointed lawyers SCHUMANN VAN DEN HEEVER & SLABBERT INC.

You call the call center and a consultant disconnects the call. The lawyers are a joke, the person that was handling our case resigned and the new person assigned is a LEARNER. Not even a courtesy call from the deceased estate manager Barend.

My family and I deserve some feedback before you come with excuses for chowing the money.
