Deceased Estate

My father passed away on 20 December 2014. <br> <br> He had Term Deposit Investments with ABSA (8 of them). I have all relevant correspondence, his death certificate, ID Document, Will, Letter from High Court, Letter from my Executor with his address, phone number and his Trust Banking Details on.<br> I went to ABSA Cresta and send the whole lot off to his bank, (in house post tracking number MBKT***8)I phoned the bank to find out whether they got it and nobody knew anything.<br> <br> I have spoken to at least 10 people in ABSA and nobody knows how to resolve this, they don't know what email address I can use to send all the documents to (they are all certified but I do have the originals with me.<br> <br> Please can somebody help me.<br> <br> Regards<br> Susan <br> <br>
