DECEASED ESTATE

My dad passed on January, we did enquire with absa regarding payouts of his estate account..Its been 2 months since we send his documents, all of a sudden head office did not receive the document, my mom went to the branch twice till today they still sing the same song..AGAIN we get a call from Lady by the name of Queen Jacobs saying my dad's acc does not have life insurance they gonna pay themselves firstly imagine.. whereas its indicated in his contract aswell as the statement, the consultant who emailed his stuff also told us there is a life insurance on both his cheque and draft acc...someone please attend to this effort it goes far..Absa deceased department is full of stories..My mom can't go up and down like this no man
