Deceased Estate

So my dad has passed on almost 4yrs now, had vehicle finance via Absa. Went to licensing department to have a duplicate of car papers extracted and was advised that the car is still registered under Absa Vehicle Finance. Went to Absa branch in Florida Roodepoort to have this resolved. Got there and not a single person including the branch manager can assist or even knows where to start. Call their Action Line who says we must call vehicle finance, call vehicle finance and they unable to do anything. get a number from Vehicle Finance and call them and find that we in the wrong place as they have a new number Get the new number *** and both just rings for 3 minutes then ends saying the number does not exist!!! PATHETIC WOULD BE AN IMPROVEMENT!!!
