Debt whilst not banking with ABSA

Hello Peter,

We have a problem with ABSA Bank, my partner received a call from ABSA lawyers indicating that she owes ABSA some huge sum of money for her credit card, firstly she doesn't have an account with ABSA. When they called they were looking for a Mr whilst she a woman, we have tried to have the issue resolved to no avail, could you kindly assist us on this matter.
