Debt review intrests

Good day We have been under debt review since 2009. With our mortgage loan and car loan with Absa... its been years now and our installments dont come down. Our home loan is now even more than what we Initially started with. This sould have been paid off by now but Absa just ads interest and there is no belief for u as client. We will have to sell the house that we have paid now for more than 20years just to get out of this mess.
