Debt Review Department is shocking
Absolutely shocking service. I have been struggling months to get an answer from your Debt Review department regarding issues on my account. I have been sending emails to the department with no feedback or even a reference number. Even when calling the Call center they advise they cannot help me and I must send an mail. Eventually, I got the email of the Debt Review Manager who gave me a ref number. This was 2 weeks ago with no response. All follow up emails to both the department and the Debt Review Manager has been completely ignored.
