Debt review Department ***********

<p>Requested amount to settle my credit card so I can get my paid up letter or settlement letter so I can get removed from debt review, they gave me an amount that I immediately paid cash at the bank, however they don't tell you there would be a separate additional cash bank cost when making that payment. Then apparently you need to wait for some lady to do a Wright Off that she never does. It takes forever, i have been calling them every day for over two weeks just to get my phone a I'd up letter but still nothing. Each time I hear exactly the same story. If you want to pay off your debt remember to ask what the additional balance would be for making a deposit and pay that aswell otherwise get ready to wait very long and deal with incompetence every day. </p>
