DEBT REVIEW DEPARTMENT DISASTER

Back in 2013 I was under debt review. By 2015, everything was paid and I recieved my rescission from the court. Since then I've banked with another bank and purchased many properties on finance. I'm now wanting to purchase another property and I hear that on Absa's system there's a hold on my name. I went into the Branch and they can't help me, referred me to the Call Centre. I call them, wait 15 mins, then agent tells me there's nothing on my name. The Homeloan's team tell me there is a hold. Email addresses don't work. Really disappointing. Thank goodness I don't bank with this bank daily.
