Debt Review

I am under debt review and somehow my account has been handed over to legal due to non-payment for October and November 2019. I have provided them with proof of payments through my debt counselor and to date my account has not been re-instated. I had my debt counselor follow up and there hasn't been any feedback in this regard. I found all this out after I queried the increase in the settlement amount from R121k in June 2019 to R131k in Aug 2020 also, I have not received feedback with regards to my credit insurance and all this was sent to Avaf, ***, ***ca, ***
