DEBT REVIEW

I am currently under debt review. I missed a single payment in April 2023. I was handed over to SSDA attorneys. I was told that the reason for me being handed over was not due to the default for April 2023, but due to the fact that the amount being paid was not as per agreement. The accounts are apparently in arrears by quite a large amount. However, the instalments made are as per court order which ABSA has on record. I have been told that there was an application for a variation, which I am aware of. However, this was not made an order of the court. My debt counselor has also failed me. Kindly assist in getting the account moved back to the Debt Review department
