Debt Review
I placed myself under debt review last year March. ABSA flagged my credit card as being under debt review only to found out that my credit card was never placed under debt review. I have been contacted by 3 different Attorney companies. I have an email where ABSA admitted that there system incorrectly flagged the credit card as under debt review. I have been making payments on my credit card but not the amounts that ABSA wants me to pay. ABSA needs to sort this out ASAP as I am now being treated unfairly due to their mistake

14 Apr 2021, 13:55Dear Lebogang, just want to know if you have any feedback for me as I have received another call today from Newton Attorneys asking if I can make an arrangement with them for the payment of my Credit Card. I was really hoping that you were going to be that person to assist me in sorting this issue out, but is very disappointed as it has been a week since your reply. Like I said to the lady at Newton Attorneys, ABSA is very quick to take our money, but when they must pay you back or assist us with some sort of query they don't come to the party
