Debt review

I received an email from ABSA stating that I am under debt review and they have cancelled my debit orders and I cannot transact on my account, according to them they received instruction from the debt councillor.

ABSA went ahead and close my account without a court order, I am not under debt review until such time as the order is granted.

I wrote numerous email to their debt review department with no response. I even went to their branch and called the debt review division and the answer I got is they can’t reinstate my account until they get a cancellation form from the debt review company.

So my bank goes ahead and freeze my account with the instructions from debt councillors which I have also informed numerous times that I am no longer interested in the process.

I need my account reopen and all my debit orders reinstate as I am not under debt review
