Debt Recapilization

I have an issue with ABSA Homeloan that I need help with.

Here’s my story: I got into arrears with my bond due to ABSA Homeloan not wanting to change my debit order from the 1st to the 20th – the day I get paid. This was to address the issue of me having to keep the money in my account until the 1st. They finally agreed & changed the debit order date to the 20th. Since then there hasn’t been any issues except the arrears amount. I then asked ABSA to recapitalize this arrears amount into the bond, which they rejected by saying I earn enough money to pay that debt. In the meantime, the same ABSA couldn’t even finance me for a car worth R90k & later a R250k bond because they said I’m over exposed.

I’m refusing to paying this arrears amount because ABSA was largely the main reason for this debt. How can you help me?

This is affecting my credit profile as I rely on this credit worthiness to access some financing for my properties & business.
